How much is a home inspection?
Our residential home inspections start at $650 including mold, pest/wood destroying organisms and radon evaluations. Pricing varies based on square footage and distance.
What does a home inspection cover?
A home inspection covers the roof and ventilation, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling systems, appliances and basement or crawlspace. Additional areas may be inspected upon request. Our inspections also include mold, pest, wood-destroying organisms and radon evaluations.
How long does it take to receive the report?
Our goal is to provide you with the inspection report the same day - usually within 30 minutes! Some inspections may take longer to report due to the size or complexity of the property. If you have any specific time constraints, please let us know beforehand and we will strive to accommodate your needs.
Is it possible to fail a home inspection?
While it is not possible to fail a home inspection, the inspection will give insight to repairs that may be costly which you can then discuss with your agent to determine your best course of action.
Do I have to attend my home inspection?
No, it is not required however, it is highly encouraged as it gives the client a more first hand experience of different aspects of the home that might raise concern.
